Mumbai is not just a city, it’s a way of life. The city of dreams and opportunities. Mumbai has been given several titles like these and is home to many who come and hustle to live their best lives. The city has inspired many film directors, authors, musicians and artists to create a bunch of unique masterpieces in various fields. However, even though the fast life may not be your cup of tea, there might be several other reasons that one day you would like to call yourself a Mumbaikar.

Education

Being one of the most populous cities in India, Mumbai offers a number of opportunities for students to study and explore themselves. The city has 12 universities with hundreds of schools and colleges with the best educational infrastructures and extremely posh campuses. One is exposed to institutes providing education in arts, commerce, science, engineering and the most offbeat under-graduation and post-graduation courses in renowned colleges that give great facilities to migrants. From the top government and autonomous colleges like IIT Bombay, Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute, Sir JJ College of Architecture and Government Law College to top private educational institutes like St. Xaviers College, Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), ISDI School of Design & Innovation and K. J. Somaiya Medical College & Research Centre, Mumbai has it all.

Work opportunities

Whether you want to become a choreographer, a director, a scriptwriter, an actor or simply a vada pav vendor, a tutor, a banking professional, a costume stylist and so much more. Mumbai is for all! Being the Bollywood town, large number of people in a year come to Mumbai to become an actor. Along with the development of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, thousands of people come to join The Airports Authority India (AAI). One can always find work in Mumbai and earn a living. Mumbai offers a ton of work opportunities at every corner of the city.

Turn your dreams into reality

Millions of people come to Mumbai every year with a heart full of dreams and a mind full of determination. Even if you don’t have a plan for yourself in place, Mumbai is a city where one can really go out there and just explore themselves and get inspired and find where they truly belong.
